Before becoming an executive coach, Kathy held senior leadership roles at major financial institutions, including Freddie Mac and Wells Fargo, where she led complex teams and initiatives while partnering with senior executives, boards, and regulators. Her background spans leadership, strategy, risk management, organizational influence, and cross-cultural collaboration, particularly in U.S.–Asia business environments.
Kathy has coached leaders across industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit organizations, and the arts. Her work often focuses on leadership transitions, executive presence, influence, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership. She also serves on the board of Mosaic, a $400 million nonprofit organization, contributing to strategic, financial, and investment oversight.
