Sabine Smith is an executive coach and facilitator known for creating brave spaces where high achievers can challenge self-limiting narratives, reconnect with their voice, and grow into more authentic, confident leaders.
Sabine brings a rare combination of operational depth and human insight to her coaching work. Her leadership background spans over 20 years and includes driving enterprise transformation across complex Fortune 500 organizations — Adobe, Oracle, and UBS — and guiding global teams through complexity. She has also worked alongside leaders within mission-driven organizations in housing, education, and child welfare. Her desire to create safe spaces for underrepresented groups to connect, grow, and be seen led her to volunteer to lead employee resource groups for women and Black professionals, work that continues to shape how she shows up as a coach and facilitator.
Sabine’s whole-person approach is trauma-informed and insight-driven — helping leaders surface the patterns, protective strategies, and survival stories shaping how they lead, so they can move forward with greater clarity, intention, and freedom. Drawing from her lived experience as a Black woman, Haitian immigrant, and working mother, she is especially passionate about supporting women navigating demanding seasons of leadership and life while balancing ambition, identity, and personal fulfillment.
Sabine’s style is both warm and direct. As one client affectionately put it, she is a “quiet storm” who does not pull punches but always leads with kindness and care.
Outside of work, Sabine is most at home belly laughing during family karaoke nights with her husband and two children, or getting lost in a compelling novel while swinging in a hammock somewhere in the Caribbean.
