Spring Schneider is a trained coach, postpartum doula, an advocate for parents thriving and a compassion driven leader.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has navigated roles in multiple departments within organizations as well as working one-on-one with clients. Spring was delighted to join the LUMO team where she could infuse her warmth and desire to impact positive change with her love for organizational development.
