Robin is an award-winning transformational coach and leader helping organizations create innovative, strategic capability solutions and helping individuals achieve their goals.

She is very passionate about learning, people development, and service. Her primary focus is to create significant organizational and personal value through a collaborative, service-oriented coaching style. Robin has an impressive track record of 20-plus years of coaching and consulting in industries that include financial services, nuclear engineering and manufacturing, quick service restaurant and retail, and contract management. Additionally, she has run her own boutique consulting firm in which she helped both large and small businesses and individuals reach their goals. Most notably, she ran an external coaching program for a very successful high-tech organization for three years. Robin is a certified Flawless Consulting Facilitator, which is based on building collaborative relationships to achieve goals and results. Robin is also a veteran of the U.S. Army — a distinction she shares with her husband, who has completed 25 years of service in the U.S. Navy. They live with their son, PJ, in Charlotte, NC. Robin enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and reading.
