Ifalase is a Coach and Facilitator with more than 2,000 hours of experience supporting leadership development and emotional intelligence across the technology, fashion, nonprofit, finance, education, and consulting sectors.
As a trained facilitator and experienced leader within multiple startup environments, Ifalase understands the realities of navigating high-pressure cultures, ambitious goals, burnout, and the ongoing pursuit of balance. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where leaders can explore what is and isn’t working, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen their relationships with colleagues and teams. A Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach, Ifalase specializes in helping leaders overcome anxiety, impostor syndrome, and self-limiting patterns of thinking so they can build confidence, lead more effectively, and achieve their fullest potential. She also brings valuable lived experience of thriving with ADHD and enjoys supporting neurodivergent leaders when those conversations arise. Her coaching style is often described as engaging, positive, and calm. Drawing on her degree in Psychology, along with studies in positive psychology and neuroscience for wellbeing, Ifalase takes a holistic approach to coaching. Her work is further informed by her experience as a NeuroLinguistic Practitioner, Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, as well as her leadership experience as a Learning & Development Director, internal coach, consultant, and external coach supporting organizations ranging from startups to FTSE 100 companies. Ifalase believes every coaching conversation is unique and that meaningful growth often emerges through both breakthrough moments and quiet reflection. She partners with leaders to create sustainable success, stronger wellbeing practices, and lasting personal and professional growth.
