Jeff Miller, MCC
Leadership Coach
Jeff specializes in leadership development, personal growth, communication, mindset, business growth, and helping high-performing individuals align success with fulfillment. Whether coaching entrepreneurs, executives, teams, or individuals navigating transition, he is passionate about helping people move beyond surface-level achievement and into a life that feels more authentic, connected, and purpose-driven.
Clients often describe Jeff as insightful, engaging, calming, and highly intuitive in the way he listens, reflects, and helps simplify complex challenges into actionable next steps. Before becoming a full-time coach, Jeff’s journey included competing as a former ATP World Tour tennis player and studying business at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Those experiences shaped his understanding of discipline, resilience, identity, performance, and the human side of achievement. Over the years, he has accumulated thousands of coaching hours and has worked with leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and teams across a variety of industries. His approach is grounded in the belief that sustainable growth happens when people develop greater self-awareness, intentionality, emotional intelligence, and ownership in both their personal and professional lives. Jeff brings a highly relational and conversational style to coaching and facilitation. He believes some of the most transformational moments happen through honest dialogue, thoughtful reflection, and the courage to explore what truly matters. His work is centered on helping people think more clearly, communicate more effectively, lead more intentionally, and create momentum toward the life and leadership they desire. Outside of coaching, Jeff finds his greatest joy in his family and in creating meaningful experiences and connections with others. He values personal growth, laughter, sports, intentional conversations, and being fully present with the people he loves. His grounded and approachable personality allows clients to feel comfortable being authentic while also stretching into new levels of growth and leadership.
