Kristin Baker is a certified coach, facilitator, and leadership trainer known for her “right between the eyes” honesty, generous heart, unfailing integrity, and bullet-proof boundaries.
Skilled at building trusting relationships and inspiring her clients, Kristin has 15 years of experience in leadership and personal development helming teams both large and small. Her background in management and human resources cultivated her passion for fostering deep connections in the workplace and creating powerful, cohesive company cultures. She understands the impact leaders have on their teams and how important it is for them to embody an organization’s values while building lasting relationships. Kristin’s interest in coaching was born out of her years of experience in corporate America, where she developed a deep understanding of customer service, excellence, and leadership — as well as a personal commitment to balance and healthy boundaries. Kristin has spoken in companies about family, life, and balance, and developed her own course on the keys to designing healthy boundaries. She is an avid goal-setter dedicated to expanding her clients’ perceptions of their own capacity and their relationship to themselves. Kristin lives in Durham, North Carolina, with her husband, Ben, and their nature-loving daughter, Avery. Her pandemic pup, Mila, is an endless source of cuddles.
