Richa Malhotra, PCC
Leadership Coach
Richa Malhotra is an Executive and Team Coach and Leadership Development Consultant with nearly 20 years of leadership experience and a coaching practice focused on helping leaders navigate growth, transition, and complexity.
Clients often describe her as a quiet force—someone who creates the conditions for clarity without pressure and helps leaders hear themselves more honestly, sometimes for the first time. She works with leaders at pivotal moments in their careers, supporting them as they navigate change, lead through ambiguity, and bridge the gap between where they are and who they are becoming. Her coaching helps leaders lead with greater clarity, confidence, and courage while showing up more fully as themselves. For organizations, that translates into leaders who think more strategically, lead with empathy, and create the conditions for stronger engagement and performance. Richa's professional background includes nearly two decades at Citibank and Dell Technologies, where she held leadership roles across product strategy, marketing, and cross-functional teams. She has coached leaders from organizations including Google, Microsoft, Adobe, Airbnb, PayPal, L'Oréal, MetLife, and Verizon, and works across industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, education, consumer goods, and professional services. Her work spans executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development programs, workshops, and offsites, with a particular focus on leadership transitions, executive presence, strategic communication, feedback, and team effectiveness. Originally from Delhi and now based in New York City, Richa draws inspiration from the people, cultures, and experiences that have shaped her journey. Whether walking by the river, learning a new skill, or stepping outside her comfort zone, she brings curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love of growth to both her life and her work.
