Jayme believes that the voices of the historically oppressed and omitted must be elevated in order to restore balance and connection.

As an Army veteran, entrepreneur, educator, performing artist, and mother to a teenage daughter, Jayme finds that her varied passions uniquely position her to think big and see possibility everywhere. With her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Vocal Performance and over 15 years of experience as an opera singer and vocal coach, a unifying theme in all she does is transformation accessed through honoring the inner voice, empowering the speaking voice, and even freeing the singing voice.

As an executive coach, Jayme has a focus on anti-racism and culture transformation that enables the successful implementation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and policies. Her ability to cultivate brave spaces and facilitate difficult conversations helps organizations identify their challenges; reconnect to their core vision, mission, and values; and build a more inclusive, courageous, and productive culture. Jayme has worked in corporate, nonprofit, freelance, and educational sectors and brings a breadth of experience and creative innovation to every encounter. Her balance of grit and grace supports organizations in aligning their intentions with their actions, creating impactful outcomes that benefit both the client and the community.
